C Guard HP

The C-Guard HP provides a unique jamming solution for coverage of large areas by using a dual transmitter that generates up to 30W of jamming power over the selected cellular frequency bands.

The HP unit is housed in a robust PelicanTM case and is powered by AC (110/220) voltage. The filtered output signal is fed to internal directional antennas installed within the PelicanTM case.

Because of its versatile design, the HP unit may be either deployed as a fixed installation (wall or rack mounted), vehicle mounted (using the vehicle’s DC power feed and external magnetic base antenna) or portable use (using battery operated unit).

Each of the HP unit’s jamming modules covers a specific cellular band (i.e. 800/900/1800/1900) and is configured for optimum coverage of the cellular standard(s) available in the respective band (i.e. GSM/CDMA/TDMA). Additional frequency bands and/or cellular standards are available upon request. As third generation cellular technology (3G) is deployed, additional frequency bands will be offered. The jamming modules are designed using PLL synthesized technology to ensure high accuracy and stability during operation and to guarantee that the unit’s transmitted jamming signal blocks all cellular signals without interfering with other vital wireless communications.

The HP comes with VSWR protection that disables transmission in the event that no antenna is connected or in the event that antenna is obstructed by a close object.

Optional features include:

  • External N-type RF connectors that connect to external antenna.
  • The output signals of different frequency bands may also be combined using a diplexer so as to enable the user of a single wideband antenna (e.g., 900/1800). DC input operating voltage (12/24V) to allow operation from a vehicle.
  • Internal battery powered unit, allowing portable operation of approximately 1 hour without any power source at full transmission power. Battery operated units may be recharged by either AC (110/220V) power or DC (12/24V) power while the unit is not transmitting.
  • External trickle/fast charger enables battery recharge while the unit is operating.
  • Infra-red remote control enables digital control of each jamming module’s output power, as well as other transmission parameters such as center frequency, span and modulation.
