C-Guard VHP ECM bomb-jammer is a time tested and battle proven modular wireless communication jammer, designed for vehicle installation.
Consisting multiple radio frequency bands and very high transmission power, the VHP ECM bomb jammer is used for EOD and bomb squad protection, where various threats might be used and large coverage area is required.
Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices, also known as RCIEDs or IEDs, are emerging threats in many territories worldwide. Radio Controlled IEDs are being used by terror organizations and radical political groups to execute attacks in conflict zones as well as popular and crowded resorts and sites, threatening homeland security.
Designed to provide large area protection against IEDs, the VHP ECM bomb jammer is installed in the bomb squads command and control vehicle, effectively blocking required radio signals around the vehicle and ensuring that radio transmitters cannot be used remotely to activate explosive devices and bombs.

By accurately jamming the remote control frequencies, the VHP ECM bomb jammer cuts off radio communications from the triggering transmitter to the receiver on the bomb, thus immediately preventing bomb detonation and securing nearby civilians, bomb squads team members and their equipment.
The VHP ECM IED jammer is based on advanced countering IED technology. Based on multi-channel jamming transmitter and unique software, it is configured as a modular RF jamming system that allows the user to select protection against any threat. Various programmable features can be reprogrammed by bomb squad’s communications officer or any chosen team member.
